Today we first visited the famous la Recoleta cemetery, which was filled with beautiful mausoleums. Most of the important people in Argentinas history are burried there. Some notable ones are former presidents of Argentina, a noble loriat in chemistry and the most famous one is Eva Peron also known as Evita. She fought for woman’s rights in Argentina. After the cemetery we got some free time until the evening where we went to a tango show. During the free time, people visited museums, art galleries and different neighbourhoods in the city.

For the tango show we all dressed up nice, just like the company visits. When we arrived at the theater we were let down to the basement into a very fancy theater, reminiscent of movies, with red carpet on the floors, white walls and gold railings for the balconies. We were sitting on the ground floor at two big tables to fit all of us. Once everyone got some refreshments, the show began. The show was a mix of live played music, two singers and of course tango dancing. The tango dancers often changed costumes, wearing both traditional and unconventional tango clothing. In the end it was a beautiful show and a very nice experience.
